There is a physician named Lissa Rankin, who is active in the California Bay Area. She integrates concepts such as angels and divinity with modern medicine.
This is a story she shared in one of her presentations.

In Roseto, Pennsylvania, a town made up of Italian immigrants, heart disease is virtually nonexistent, and most residents die of old age.
Researchers, primarily heart surgeons from the United States, visited the town to investigate the reasons behind this phenomenon. Initially, they thought it might be related to something in their diet, like olive oil. However, the residents of this town consumed large amounts of pasta, drank alcohol freely, indulged in fatty foods daily, and smoked cigarettes regularly.
The researchers concluded that the diet was not the key factor and speculated that the answer might lie in their genes or DNA. They investigated but found no significant differences; the genetic markers for heart disease and diabetes were present, just like in Americans.
So, why are the people in this town so healthy?
The researchers concluded that the reason was that there was no sense of loneliness in this town.

The residents were always talking, laughing, helping each other, and eating together. What the researchers saw was a community with a lack of loneliness or isolation, which is uncommon in America.
Loneliness is a significant stress factor for humans, leading to a fight-or-flight response.
For example, the 13 million single mothers in America constantly have to manage after-school arrangements, school pickups, meal preparation, and homework help by themselves, in addition to working full-time jobs.
This situation is extremely stressful and constantly triggers the fight-or-flight response.
Physiologically, stressors are transmitted to the pituitary gland and adrenal glands, causing an excess secretion of two hormones: adrenaline and cortisol. This leads to increased heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate, and bronchial dilation.
If this state continues, it puts enormous stress on the heart, leading to heart failure and myocardial infarction. Additionally, statistics show that people who feel lonely are more likely to develop diabetes, hypertension, insomnia, cancer, depression, and infectious diseases.
Even if you eat organic food every day, drink vegetable juice, and have a personal trainer, if you constantly feel lonely or stressed by emotions, relationships, work environment, or home life, it will lead to various health issues, and your body will exhibit symptoms of illness.
We must always look at life holistically and pay close attention to our health.
