Know Yourself
This may overlapping with another post but it is so important for us to be the best version of ourselves.
From my various experiences and learning, I have come to realize that the key to achieving “true health” and becoming the “best version of oneself” lies in “knowing yourself.”
In essence, it means to truly understand yourself. However, in reality, many people who believe they know themselves best actually have no clue even about what it means to “know yourself.”

When applying this to health, those who truly know themselves do not rely on external inputs. For example, in terms of diet, they know that debates about vegetarianism, carnivorism, veganism, ketogenic diets, or macrobiotics are irrelevant to them. This is because they understand what kind of diet suits them based on their body not based on their brain, which might not fit any predefined category.
When so-called health experts assert that a particular health methodology is good for everyone, they are simply just “attention seekers.” Every individual is unique, and there is no one else exactly like you. No one health theory can fit all.

In reality, some people thrive on eating meat every day, while others feel worse when they eat meat. I know many people who do well on a vegetarian diet, and I also know many who feel weak if they eat only vegetables.
Even within the same country, each person’s genetics, medical history, personality, living environment, lifestyle, mindset, and preferences are unique. Therefore, everyone should have a diet and environment that suits them individually. When I assist others, I do not impose a specific health or diet regimen but instead help them in their “self-discovery.”

To achieve true health, it is most important to listen to your inner self rather than external information. This is because you are a unique being with unparalleled characteristics, and only you—not a doctor, parent, or best friend—can truly know and create the best version of yourself.
